Žična mreža iz nerjavečega jekla

Žična mreža iz nerjavečega jekla je izbran zaradi njihove odpornosti proti obrabi, toplotno odporen, lastnosti, ki so odporne proti kislinam in koroziji. V žičnih tkaninah se uporablja veliko različnih vrst nerjavečega jekla. T304 je najpogostejši, drugi pa se uporabljajo v posebnih aplikacijah, da izkoristijo edinstvene lastnosti vsakega razreda. Žična mreža iz nerjavečega jekla se pogosto uporablja v rudarstvu, kemična industrija, živilska industrija in farmacevtska industrija.

Materiali žične mreže iz nerjavečega jekla: SUS302, 304, 316, 304L, 316L.

Značilnosti žične mreže iz nerjavečega jekla: Kvadratna zaslonka, manj toga kot navadna vezava, posebej primeren za deformiranje, močna žična tkanina zaradi razmerja med premerom žice in odprtino, večinoma se uporablja za filtracijo manj kot 63 μm .

Tipični vzorci tkanja žične mreže iz nerjavečega jekla: Ravno vezavo, keper vezavi, nizozemsko tkanje, keper nizozemskega tkanja.
